Responsible for proactively contacting existing and potential producers/Agencies to increase long term care insurance sales.  Establishes sales plan and identifies ways to increase sales. Conducts outbound telephone calls, follows-ups on meetings conducted by Territory Sales Managers and performs sales presentations.  Set up appointments, prospects and profiles possible producers. Supports producer’s sales needs while building strong relationships.

Responsible for customer service via phones, web-based Live Chat, and by email. This detail-oriented, fast-paced position is critical to providing best-in-class service to our Agent customers. This position requires the Agent Support Specialist to think critically and quickly, be able to problem solve, assist agents with our electronic processes, collaborate with other departments, and communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Actively sells and services agents/broker and agencies that are not assigned to Territory Sales Managers. Foster relationships with agents, agencies and brokers to identify new sales opportunities and maximize existing sales relationships.
